Pickleball at WillsPark
is a great sport that is full of heart!
Pickleball is a fun, social, and friendly sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. It can be played by singles or in pairs, either indoors or outside and is the fastest growing sport in America!
A pickleball court is the same size as a doubles badminton court with a low (34” height) net. It is played with a “whiffle” ball and wooden paddles. Equipment is available, but players can bring their own paddles.
Beginners will find it easy to learn. Pickleball can be a fast-paced and competitive game for experienced players. Our program is generally for people age 50+ up, but all ages are welcome.
